ABOUT
I look forward to welcoming you to my home in Wool in sunny Dorset.
The accommodation is ideally located for visiting some of the best Dorset attractions and just 5 minutes drive from the famous horseshoe-shaped bay of Lulworth Cove and the iconic rock arch of Durdle Door. The award-winning Monkey World and The Tank Museum are both within just a couple of miles.
The lovely resort towns of Weymouth, Swanage & Lyme Regis are within easy reach and there are miles of fabulous footpaths for you to explore from the doorstep.
I'm new to the world of Bed & Breakfast, but my goal is to make your stay a memorable and happy one!
OUR ROOM
Wonderfully comfortable large, ground -floor room with 5 ft sleigh bed, private entrance and en suite wet room. Sunny private seating area overlooking the garden for alfresco breakfast. Accessible for those with reduced mobility. TV /DVD and Tea & Coffee making facilities provided.
Cot or Z-bed available, regret no pets.
OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
Choose from a sumptuous Full English, or a combination of:
Bacon, Sausage, Egg (fried, scrambled or poached), Beans, Tomatoes (fresh or tin), Hash Brown, Mushrooms, Black Pudding, Toast.
Fresh Fruit, Yoghurt, Cereal etc are also available as an option.
Just confirm at the time of booking your preference and any dietary requirements.
Free Wifi
Wifi available via our home network. Great for emails and web browsing the local area.
Garden
A bistro table and chairs on the sunny decked area directly outside your room are available for you to enjoy an alfresco breakfast.

Parking
There is ample off-road parking on our large drive.
There is a ramped access to a front/side path leading to the private entrance to the room
Housekeeping
Your room will be freshly prepared for your arrival including towels and tea and coffee making facilities.
A hairdryer is provided for your convenience as well as shower-gel in the en suite shower room.

Out & About
There is so much to see and do in our little piece of paradise you'll be spoilt for choice. This part of the Jurassic coast is truly dramatic and the geology of Lulworth Cove a real must see.

The Tank Museum
A world-famous attraction housing a unique collection of over 300 vehicles, plus 6 exhibition halls telling the fascinating story of armoured warfare from World War I to the present day.
Open Daily from 10 am to 5 pm and later in the summer school holidays with many special events throughout the year.
Monkey World
Set in 65 acres this award-winning sanctuary houses 20 different species looking after over 250 primates. You can adopt your own primate and enjoy all the special privileges that come with it.
Located just 5 minutes drive away and with so much to see and do at the Sanctuary, one day just won't be long enough!

Fabulous Countryside Walks
There is much to explore from the village of Wool with many footpaths and bridleways on the doorstep.
Or challenge yourself to a coastal walk from Lulworth Cove, walking in either direction will supply you with amazing Jurassic coast and countryside views.
With a bit of notice, a packed lunch can be provided (additional charge applicable) .

You'll be spoilt for choice as there are 3 pubs in walking distance and many more a short drive away.
The Black Bear - a locals favourite with a friendly landlady and good home cooking.
The Ship Inn - Good food and a friendly atmosphere who host events such as 'Open Mike', regular Quiz nights and music nights showcasing local talent.
The Seven Stars at East Burton - a 20 minute walk or 5 mins drive.
